Seen Kenny Rogers lately?

I saw Kenny Rogers on The Early Show this morning and couldn't believe how much he has changed. This is how I remember him....

I am guessing he had some plastic surgery of some kind?? Kyle says he reminds him of Barry Manilow now. LOL
